For seniors and older adults seeking an affordable and stable place to call home, our shared housing offers comfort, community, and greater housing affordability. We understand that many seniors live on fixed incomes and may benefit from a welcoming shared-home environment. Our homes are designed to support independent living while providing residents with a respectful and comfortable place to enjoy everyday life.

Veterans Housing

MSA Solutions provides safe, comfortable shared housing for veterans seeking a stable place to call home. We welcome both disabled and non-disabled veterans and strive to provide a respectful environment that supports independence and everyday living. Veterans can continue accessing VA programs, veteran service organizations, and other local resources while enjoying the comfort and stability of shared housing.

Housing for Intellectual & Developmental Needs

For individuals who are able to live independently but may benefit from a more consistent and comfortable home environment, MSA Solutions offers shared housing that supports everyday routines, personal responsibility, and a sense of belonging.

Residents can maintain their own schedules and independence while continuing to work with existing case managers, mental health professionals, disability service providers, or other community resources outside the home.

Returning Home Citizens

Returning home can come with many changes, and having a dependable place to live can make that transition easier. Our shared homes provide returning home citizens with a respectful, comfortable environment where they can settle in, reconnect with the community, and focus on the next chapter of their lives. Residents may also continue working with reentry programs, case managers, and local organizations that provide employment, transportation, financial, and other community-based resources.

Substance-Free Housing

Transitioning from a sober living program into more independent housing can be an important next step. Our drug- and alcohol-free shared homes offer a comfortable environment for individuals who want to maintain a substance-free lifestyle while moving forward with greater freedom and responsibility. Residents who wish to continue counseling, recovery meetings, or other supportive programs can do so through local community providers while maintaining a substance-free home environment at MSA Solutions.
